Blueberry Key-Lime Pie
1/3 C Lime Juice
2 egg yolks
1 can condenced milk
1 graham pie crust
1/2 C Blueberries
Combine juice, yolks and milk. Stir until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Drop blueberries into pie. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate.
Easy Blueberry Cobbler
1 stick butter
3/4 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
dash salt
2 t baking powder
3/4 C Milk
1 C Blueberries
Melt butter, pour in 13"X 9" pan. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder,
add milk and mix until smooth. Pour into pan. Drop blueberries throughout. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
