How It All Started
Our family began growing blueberries in 2001. As full-time farmers, our corn and soybean farm has struggled to be profitable.
With the loss of tobacco pounds we decided to try growing blueberries as an alternate crop. We have selected 12 varieties
which ripen early to late. Each variety has a slight variation in flavor and size. Currently, we have three acres (approx.
3,000 plants) of blueberries. As we learn to grow and market blueberries our goal is to provide our customers with excellent
quality blueberries, fresh from the bush.
U-Pick
You are invited to our
farm to pick fresh blueberries or to purchase blueberries already picked, during operating hours. Our blueberries are available
at our farm during operating hours, at our local Owensboro Farmers Market or at select retailers in our area during harvest.
